🎶 Guzheng Rental Policy 🎶

Purpose
The portable travel-size guzheng is available for short-term rental for practice, performances, or travel. Rental is strictly limited to local pick-up in the Atlanta area. No shipping or delivery services are provided.

Rental Term
Rental charges are assessed on a full-month basis. The rental period begins on the date the instrument is picked up and continues until the instrument is returned. Any partial month shall be deemed a full month of rental and will be charged as such. All rental payments are non-refundable, and no proration or credit will be issued for early return.

Payment
Monthly rental fees must be paid in advance and will be automatically billed through the designated payment method (credit card or website subscription). Payment must be received prior to the commencement of each rental term.

Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental. The deposit will be returned in full upon timely return of the instrument in good condition, subject to deductions for any loss, damage, or repairs beyond normal wear and tear.

Condition and Maintenance
The instrument is provided in good working condition at the commencement of the rental. The renter assumes full responsibility for the proper care, handling, and safeguarding of the instrument during the rental period. The renter shall be liable for any loss, damage, or required repairs beyond normal wear and tear.

Return of Instrument
The instrument must be returned in the same condition as provided, subject to ordinary wear and use. Failure to return the instrument on time may result in additional rental charges.
